Lady Gaga Loves the Penis Rumor

Lady Gaga doesn’t care one bit about the gossip that she’s a hermaphrodite. The singer is actually grateful for the rumor as she feels it says a lot about her fans. The singing sensation told French television, “I love the rumor that I have a penis. I'm fascinated by it. In fact, it makes me love my fans even more that this rumor is in the world because 17,000 of them come to an arena every night and they don't care if I'm a man, a woman, a hermaphrodite, gay, straight, transgendered, or transsexual. They don't care! They are there for the music and the freedom.” The rumors didn’t stop the songstress from wearing a figure-hugging outfit to this year’s Grammy Awards. The outfit garnered much attention and left very little to the imagination. It also dispelled any rumors she was packing something downstairs. [Huffington Post]

Jesse James Wanted to Get Caught

Jesse James has given his first in-depth interview since admitting to a string of extramarital affairs that destroyed his marriage to Sandra Bullock. The motorbike entrepreneur sat down with ABC’s Nightline and told them, "I took a pretty amazing life and marriage ... and threw it away." In the interview, to be broadcast Tuesday, James reveals that deep down he knew he wanted to get caught. He tells Nightline, “When I was doing it, you know, one, I knew it was horrible, it made me feel horrible and two, I knew I would get caught eventually, and I think I wanted to get caught. ... It was me trying to self-sabotage my life.” James also admits he still “really loves” Bullock. [People]

Wes Welker’s Mother Doesn’t Want Him Hanging Out With Hookers

Last month, photos of New England Patriots star wide receiver and former Elliot Spitzer prostitute Ashley Dupre at a Playboy party surfaced on the Internet. In a Boston Herald report earlier today Welker explained that upon seeing the photo, his mother was less than pleased. It’s almost like Mrs. Welker doesn’t understand what the NFL is all about. Phil Spector Produces First New Album in 30 Years While Behind Bars
Pioneering music producer and convicted killer Phil Spector has produced his first major recording project in 30 years. It's a debut album for his wife Rachelle, her publicist said on Monday. Spector, who is serving a minimum 19 years in prison for the 2003 shooting death of a Hollywood actress, produced and arranged all 10 tracks for "Out of My Chelle" during his two murder trials. "She's fantastic on this album," Spector said of his wife in a statement released on Monday. Spector created the distinctive "Wall of Sound" technique in the 1960s and in his heyday worked with star ranging from The Ramones to The Beatles. Maybe he should have focused more on his murder trial, considering the outcome. [BusinessWire]

(Are we sure this isn't some sort of elaborate episode of Punk'd?) []

Movies Could Be Made Avaiable Streaming Before DVD Release - For an Insane Price
The MPAA has often stated its desire to offer movies through video on-demand ahead of their release on DVD or Blu-ray, provided everyone was on board with them. The Wall Street Journal reports Disney, Fox, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner Bros. are considering a pitch from Time Warner Cable to do just that. The price for cutting the usual four-month wait for home viewing to just 30 days? As much as $20 to $30. For a rental. [Wall Street Journal]
