Creator of the Traffic Barrel Monster Arrested
Police in Raleigh, North Carolina are treating themselves to an extra donut after the apprehension of a North Carolina State University student who is accused accused of creating a "monster" out of construction barrels and placing it on the side of the road. Another hardened criminal off the streets!
Joesph Carnevale, who goes by the name "uliveuburn" and has been a fixture in the Raleigh-area street art scene for a while, is most notable for his creation of the Boylan Bridge Angry Man. The total cost of the damage has been estimated at $360 and a court case is scheduled for July 21st.
Authorities charged Carnevale with larceny for taking materials from a construction site at a roundabout project to create the monster.
