The Beagle scarf/hood combination by designer Leo Chao was designed with autistic children in mind. Hit the jump to see why.
The idea is to be able to pump soothing sounds from an onboard MP3 player into the speakers in the hood. This is because, as children, autistic people are especially sensitive to any kind of sensory stimulus – commonplace sounds can set them off on a tantrum.
However, if you’re not autistic, the bonus is you totally look like you’re in Assassin’s Creed, and you could maybe even pump the soundtrack from the game into your melon for extra cosplaying fun.
