Asian Kid Paid Half a Million Dollars to Play Video Games
So, I was just checking out South Korean Gaming, like I do every Tuesday, and it turns out that Jae Ho "Moon" Jang is finally gettin' paid, son. Paid to play World of Warcraft, that is.
Moon recently signed a contract with WeMade FOX to play for them for three years. Over that time he will accrue a minimum of 700 million won. Those aren’t quite as worthless as pesos, as that amounts to approximately 473,000 of our American dollars.
By the way, he’s only 22 years old. And in addition to this contract, he's made over $300,000 in prize money to date.
