Chris Brown (a.k.a. the new Ike Turner) might by be switching things up a bit by throwing on a cowboy hat and going the country route.
For the track "Trapped in a Dream," a song that's being considered for his upcoming new LP, Chris might be getting a little help from one of country music’s biggest names.
Robert Allen, a writer and producer currently working with Brown, recently told Yahoo, "Maybe we'll see an appearance from Carrie Underwood or someone like that. It's that kind of song. It's just feeling like you don't want that dream to go away," Allen explained. "Everybody has a dream and you're in it, but you wake up and you're like, 'Oh, my God.' You feel like you're still in that dream." Carrie better watch her face.
Allen also revealed that Brown doesn't talk about what's going on with Rihanna. "We just focus on music," he said. "We're just happy-go-lucky people who just get into the studio as much as possible."
Next thing you know country Chris is gonna start drinking a ton of Jack Daniels and beat on his girlfriend. Oh, wait…
