Heather Locklear Arrested for Hit and Run
Heather Locklear is back in the news following another driving mishap. The actress has been arrested and charged with a hit and run. Police were notified of a knocked over “no parking” sign and according to TMZ, “Deputies confirmed through [their] investigation that the car in question was Locklear's black BMW.” The 48-year-old was not taken into custody. Locklear was last in the news after a 2008 arrest for allegedly driving under the influence. She pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was placed on three years informal probation. These new charges could violate her probation. Already Locklear is claiming she was not behind the wheel when the incident occurred. Her lawyers released the following statement: “Ms. Locklear was cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle. She was never taken into custody. The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle.” Let the legal games begin! [TMZ]
Snooki Breakup Details Emerge
Watch out fellas, especially those in Miami, because America’s favorite "guidette" is single. The break-out star of Jersey Shore has dumped her boyfriend Emilio Masella. The two have been dating since January and Masella says the pint-sized reality star called it off via voicemail. In a short and sharp voicemail, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi told Masella, “You’re nothing. You’re single.” Masella says Snooki was upset that he’d auditioned for the Real World. He told People magazine, “I told Nicole I tried out for Real World and she was upset. She thought I was using her to get on the show which is ridiculous.” Rumors are swirling that the break-up came after Snooki hooked up with The Situation while filming the latest season of the hit reality television show. Oh, the drama. [People]

Tiger Woods Finally Crosses the Line
He cheated on his wife, lied to pretty much everybody, and hasn't done anything to stop Meg Ryan from making more movies. Yet, we all forgave him. But now, Tiger Woods has crossed the line after sources indicated that he spent last Monday night at a Nickelback concert. Honestly Tiger, some things are unforgiveable. Adultery isn't one of them, but supporting Nickelback certainly is. [TMZ]
Xbox Live Getting a TV Channel?
According to sources speaking with Bloomberg, Microsoft is in talks with former News Corp. President Peter Chernin (who's currently got a gig at Fox) over bringing a TV channel to its Xbox 360 console. Beginning earlier this month, the discussions revolve around bringing a full channel of programming to the 360, which would include both new shows and re-runs, all aimed at a "young, male target audience." New Speed Cameras Catch You From Space
A new kind of speed camera that uses satellites to measure average speed over long distances is being tested in Britain. The "Speedspike" system combines plate reading technology with a GPS receiver to calculate average speed between any two points in the area being monitored. The company said in its evidence that the cameras enabled "number plate capture in all weather conditions, 24 hours a day." It also referred to the system's "low cost" and "ease of installation." We can't wait to see the episode of MythBusters where they try to avoid getting a speeding ticket from a satellite. [Telegraph]
