Kim Kardashian Reappears in Playboy

Today iconic men’s magazine Playboy released 25 never-before-seen nude photos of Kim Kardashian taken during her 2007 photo shoot with the magazine. Kim is apparently not happy with the decision. A source told RadarOnline, “Kim was really upset that the new photos were released. She freaked out that they were out there. She didn't think that they were going to be seen again.” The photos are only available to members of the Playboy Cyber Club, so it’s not as if every man and his dog will see them.  Kim famously said she regretted posing nude for Playboy and wished she was in better shape before posing sans clothes. Megan Fox’s Marriage Talk Bores People

Megan Fox is helping Elle magazine celebrate their 25 year anniversary. The Transformers hottie poses in Emporio Armani in one of the magazine’s four different October covers. Inside the magazine the 24-year-old discusses marriage. According to Fox, people are apparently judging her for getting hitched to former 90210 star Brian Austin Green. She told Elle, “When I talk about my husband [Brian Austin Green], I feel as if people roll their eyes. It's like when you're 16 and order a martini, and the waiter says, 'Do you think I'm stupid?' They can't grasp that I'm old enough to be married.” She's only been married a few weeks and already she's boring people with her marriage talk. [Elle]

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is being sought for questioning in Las Vegas after a domestic violence report was handed over by his former lady early this morning. Josie Harris, who Las Vegas Police say has children with Mayweather, called upon police at 5:03 this morning and reported that Mayweather had attacked her. Bill Cassell told The Times that domestic violence investigators were at the scene and a police spokesman said Harris was treated at a hospital for minor injuries. "At this point, Mr. Mayweather is a suspect in a domestic battery violence case, and we would very much like to speak with him," Cassell said. Mayweather's spokeswoman had no information about the alleged incident. [TMZ]

Apple Loosens Grip on App Development

Apple is relaxing its tight grip on app development for its popular iPhones, iPads, and iPods. According to CNN, the technology company “will drop restrictions on what programming tools developers can use to create iOS apps.” This means developers are free to use Apple competitors' products, such as Adobe’s Flash, in the new apps they create. The new guidelines come after much outcry over Apple’s strict rules for app developers. Apple said they made the decision after listening to developers and taking into account their feedback. Apple says the new rules “should give developers the flexibility they want, while preserving the security we need.” [CNN]
