Miss California USA in Trouble Over Topless Photos

May 5, 2009

Carrie Prejean, the controversial Miss California USA, could be dethroned after posing for a topless photo. Her contract with the Miss California pageant organization strictly prohibits her from being photographed “in a state of partial or total nudity.” See the saucy shot after the jump.

The topless photo was uncovered by TheDirty.com. It is rumored that there are five racier pictures yet to hit the web. Alicia Jacobs, an Entertainment Reporter at KVBC in Las Vegas, has seen all six of the photos and says some are much more revealing. She told NBC news, “I can assure you they were quite inappropriate, and certainly not photos befitting a beauty queen.”

Carrie has released a statement denying the raciness of the photos. In her statement she says, “I am a Christian, and I am a model. Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos. Recently, photos taken of me as a teenager have been released surreptitiously to a tabloid web site that openly mocks me for my Christian faith. I am not perfect, and I will never claim to be.” She vows to fight to keep her title.
