Lindsay Lohan Pleads Not Guilty
Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today and pleaded not guilty to a felony count of grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 gold necklace. Judge Keith Schwartz addressed the troubled actress before she entered her plea, saying, “If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail. You need to follow the law just like anybody else. You are no better than anybody else ... Please don't push your luck.” Lohan then quietly said “Not Guilty” and Jude Schwartz set bail at $40,000. Lohan is expected to have another mugshot taken, her fifth in four years. If convicted, Lohan faces up to three-and-a-half years in state prison. The 24-year-old is due back in court February 23. People Are Mean to Khloe Kardashian
It’s not all glitz and glamour being a Kardashian girl, well, not according to Khloe Kardashian. The youngest of the Kardashian women sat down with her two sisters for an interview with British magazine Love. In the interview the 28-year-old reveals she is often publicly ridiculed and bullied. She tells Love, “I'm the ugly sister. I'm the fat one. I'm the transvestite. I have had those mean things said about me at least twice a day for the last five years. It's horrible, you know? But I can brush that stuff off.” In the past Khloe has said she has always struggled with her weight. At the beginning of the year she said, “My weight is my biggest lifetime struggle. It's not the biggest thing in life, but it does get you down sometimes.” [X17]

Simpson is also asking for joint legal custody of the beforementioned Bronx. Another Hollywood couple bites the dust, y'all. [TMZ]
Buy Super Bowl Tickets, Receive a Free Invite to a Class Action Lawsuit
Displaced fans who were told they would not be allowed to watch the Super Bowl live – despite purchasing legitimate tickets – are handling things the most American way possible… with a lawsuit. ESPN reports “Approximately 1,000 fans sued the NFL, the Cowboys, and owner Jerry Jones on Wednesday saying they were deceived by not getting seats or received inadequate seats. The federal lawsuit, filed in Dallas, alleges breach of contract, fraud, and deceptive sales practices.” Hopefully the winner has a sweet prohibitive injunction end zone dance. [ESPN]
