The Black Lips go to India! | SPIKE

In this brand new installment of the VBS series Music World, the Black Lips set out for a six-city tour of the Indian subcontinent. While bringing punk to the second most populous nation in the world may seem relatively cut-and-dry to you, the band quickly found their missionary work complicated by an endless series of unforeseen factors including crowded trains, extremely conservative and homophobic cops, cheap hash, guys in knitted caps, unlabeled pills, weird bathroom practices, starvation, excellent haircuts, secret whisky, and a half-buried skeleton. Wowzers.
