This week the Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) lay out their plans for vacations this summer and their outlook on their favorite t-shirts.

Business as usual. The summer begins and my lawn grows. Sitting indoors playing X Box or Magic just doesn't seem as appealing as playing Disc Golf or a BBQ. Forget tanning beds when you have the sun. The world outdoors is a wonderful place if you embrace it, and in August I will be taking advantage of the season at hand.

Late summer I will be taking a wonderful camping trip to Olympic National Park. Located in the Northwest region of Washington State, Olympic National Park is home to mountains, glaciers, beaches, and even rain forests. I couldn't be more excited, as I have always loved getting outside and having adventures. Camping, hiking, building a fire and connecting with nature. For myself, not many things could make a better vacation.

One of the features that sold me instantly were pictures of the Hoh Rainforest. Type in "Hoh Rainforest" in Google and check out the amazing pictures. Such beauty and wonderful shades of green everywhere. As soon as I looked at the pictures I was sold. I have always wanted to visit a rain forest, and this is a chance not only to live within it, but to also see many different types of wildlife including The Pacific Tree Frog, the Northern Spotted Owl, and even Black Bears. If a bear happens to show up, I will raise my hand and swear to prevent forest fires, I hear bears dig that sort of thing.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be able to catch a fish, cook it and then eat it to sustain myself. I am against animal cruelty, don't get me wrong, unless it's purpose is for food. Seriously, I love animals. They taste great!
