Just when you thought reality shows couldn’t sink any lower, production masterminds are bringing us a show that will change the face of television forever. Wait for it…

In the new E! show Bridalplasty, brides-to-be compete in wedding-themed challenges to win the plastic surgery of their choosing. Winning contestants are apparently given the procedure immediately so the whole world can feast their eyes on these self-conscience trainwrecks. Joy! Here’s a quick clip promoting this mind-blowing show:
