The oft-forgotten Crystal Chronicles series has gotten another chance to shine this year with Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates on the Nintendo DS. A mere footnote in the Final Fantasy multiverse, the Crystal Chronicles series has faced some adversity in differentiating itself from its gargantuan kith and kin¿and now on the DS, Ring of Fates is faced with a similar predicament.
