Light Saber with Removable/Indestructible Blade

by Reverend_Danger   October 08, 2008 at 1:31PM  |  Views: 603

They still haven’t perfected a real, honest-to-goodness, saber of light that can cut through your enemies with the laser-y power of electricity and The Force, but this is a pretty good living room approximation of it. It’s got a removable blade that is tough enough (when attached) that you can actually use it to smack your friends.  Awesome.

This new light saber, from Think Geek, is going to cost you about $140 bucks, but who cares?  Can you really put a price on humiliating your friends in space battle?  I can’t.  Think Geek offers you specs:

  • Custom handmade sabers and hilts
  • Sabers and hilts sold separately
  • T-6061 Aircraft grade aluminum body
  • Each hilt includes a belt-clip
  • Does not make any sounds
  • Use any of the three color 40 inch blades available - red, green or blue
  • Each polycarbonate blade is high-impact, capable of moderate fencing
  • 30 day warranty against manufacturer's defects (does not include dueling)
  • Hilts use 2 CR123 camera batteries, included, and lasts up to 3 to 4 hours of constant use
