"The Ultimate Fighter" has shown itself to be a proving ground for young fighters. Champions like Forrest Griffin, Rashad Evans and Matt Serra have all put in their hours at the UFC Training Center and the fighters' house. The show has also produced perennial contenders such as Josh Koscheck, Diego Sanchez, Gray Maynard and Michael Bisping as well as people's champions like Roy Nelson, Nate Diaz and Cody McKenzie. And recent years have produced determined prospects like Court McGee, Tony Ferguson and Diego Brandao. Now you can relive all their humble beginnings thanks to "The Ultimate Fighter Fridays".

Every Friday, you'll be able to see where young fighters first punched their tickets into the UFC. You'll see the dedicated training, the ridiculous pranks, the angry rivalries and of course, the fights. We're starting off with one of the biggest names to ever walk through those doors, Kimbo Slice.

Tune in March 9th at 6/5c to see some of Kimbo's biggest moments, and hear his thoughts on his experience on the show as he sits down with MMA Uncensored Live's insider, Mike Straka.

Friday is a great night for fights. Get back in the cage with The Ultimate Fighter Fridays.
