Pharrell is a Thief

bydsussman   July 16, 2009 at 4:06PM  |  Views:  |  Comment

Super-producer Pharrell Williams has been accused of musical theft after stealing a band’s song without even asking permission.

In a federal lawsuit filed this week, Thomas Jordan is claiming that the Pharrell produced track "All I Wanna Do (Feel Like Me)" is an absolute carbon copy of the 1996 Geggy Tah song "Whoever You Are."

The suit alleges that Pharrell produced "Feel" for Malice and Pusha T of Clipse back in 1997, but didn’t release the song until 2007. There has been no official word for the Pharrell camp.
