While she may have traded in her signature fishnets and distorted grunge sound for a soulful acoustic akin to that of the hippie era, this badass rock'n'roller remains true to punk and the D.I.Y. mantra she's long professed.

Available exclusively through HER Records in hardcopy full length format, Rose Cora Perry's debut solo album, Off Of the Pages, is NOT just a brilliant conceptual piece, but also Perry's way of thumbing up the music biz's current commodification mentality and illegal downloading dilemma.

Further, as one who has always had a vested interest in contemporary social issues, understanding her propensity to influence others in a positive light, Perry is devoting all of the album's proceeds towards a nonforprofit youth educational seminar series she has in the works.

As a well-respected Canadian indie music veteran eager to reinvigorate an artistic aesthetic toward music, Perry's album pays homage to all of the artists who have significantly influenced her and her career through subtle and sometimes not-so-subtle lyrical and musical references embedded within each track.

The first single, "Mad World" (worldwide video release *coming soon* on www.youtube.com/rosecoraperry) is sure to piss a lot of people off, but in the process, at least get them thinking.

Rose Cora Perry has three visions she hopes to achieve as an artist:

1) to inspire
2) to provoke thought
3) to relate

The world has never seen anything like this before. Are you ready?
