What is Victoria Silvstedt Doing on the Beach?

Victoria Silverstedt isn’t shy about touching herself in public. The onetime Playboy Playmate of the Year was photographed lying on the beach in St. Tropez with her hands down the front of her bikini bottom. This has lead many to speculate that the Swedish model was “masturbating” while taking in some rays in the French Riviera. It seems unlikely, but you never know when a Swede’s involved. Nicole Richie Rear-Ended

Nicole Richie was rushed to hospital today after being involved in a car accident.  The 28-year-old mother of two was rear-ended by the paparazzi while driving in Beverly Hills. According to People magazine, the paparazzi photographer has been booked for being an unlicensed driver. [People]

Paranormal Activity to Get Wider Release

Micro-budget horror film Paranormal Activity is set to get a wider release this weekend after scoring the second-highest per-theater average of any movie this weekend despite only playing midnight shows in 33 theaters. The film, which stars Katie Featherston, Micah Sloat, and Ashley Palmer, has been likened to The Blair Witch Project because of its low budget and clever marketing, in which fans determined which cities the film would screen in. Amy Winehouse is Missing Millions Due to Snorting Issues

Amy Winehouse's fortune has reportedly dipped from almost 20 million dollars to just around 2 million, after spending most of her loot on drugs and booze binges. Winehouse hasn't released a record since 2006’s critically-acclaimed Back to Black and has ripped through most of her cash during a seven-month stay on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia earlier this year. Does this mean Amy might be forced to make a musical comeback? Time will only tell. [Contact Music]

Braylon Edwards and LeBron James Feuding

Last night, after the Browns' fourth consecutive loss to open the season, the team's top receiver - Braylon Edwards - decided to celebrate by randomly punching one of LeBron James' good friends outside of a local night club. James told reporters he suspects it was done out of jealousy, and called the act "childish." [Newser]

Sony's Disc-less PSP GO Portable Gaming System Debuts
Sony has now officially launched the new version of their portable game console, the PSP Go. An interesting point of contention is Sony's removal of the UMD drive in this revision, making it so you need to access the PlayStation Store to buy games, and replacing the UMD drive with 16GB of internal memory. While digital downloads are almost certainly the future of gaming, this move is controversial because it kills price competition and used game sales in one fell swoop, while also making owners of any original PSP games unable to play them on the new hardware. However, it is a pretty swank-looking piece of tech. [Kotaku]

New, Faster Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter Coming 11/3, Costs Way Too Much
One place the Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3 have always had a leg up is that, while both those consoles have WiFi built in, the Xbox does not. How did Microsoft remedy this? By overcharging for a slow WiFi adapter!  Eventually they realized people would require faster WiFi, as video streaming and big downloads became the norm on the Xbox. Their latest solution? Release a faster adapter, and still charge a crazy premium for it!  Get ready to pony up an unconscionable $100 on 11/3 for an 802.11 "N" compatible wireless adapter, according to GameStop.  Looks like MS is taking a page out of Apple's playbook.
