VW doesn't like fatties who choose escalators over stairs, so they've created a way to make stairs more interesting.
We're all for this, but those statistics seem a bit misleading - it's not too much of a stretch to think that the 66% of people opted for the staircase rather than the escalator right after the piano installation because of the sheer novelty of it. Stats, say, a month afterward, would be much more honest.
