A good cardiovascular work out is an important part of healthy living. Doctors recommend that people undertake aerobic exercise for 20 minutes, three to four times a week. Obviously, the best way for a woman to work out is in a bikini. So the tough question of the week - Which bikini girl running is the hottest?
