Taylor Momsen Flashes Breasts During Concert

Taylor Momsen has ramped up her bad girl behavior. The 17-year-old raccoon-eyed actress and singer flashed her breasts last night while performing with her band, The Pretty Reckless, during the after-party for Rock The Sidewalk, an Express and Paper magazine event, in New York City.

The boobs flash was obviously premeditated as the singer wore pasties to protect her modesty. This did not dampen the overall raunchiness of the performance, which was caught on video by Hollywood Life.
Momsen is known for being controversial. She recently posed nearly naked on the cover of Revolver magazine, gave an interview where she admitted a love of sex tapes, and was photographed smoking on the set of Gossip Girl.
