Mel Gibson Might Be Innocent

Speculation is mounting that Mel Gibson ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva may have tampered with and edited the explosive audio tapes that Radar Online released this week. So far five tapes have been “leaked” and according to several experts, the tapes contain signs they’ve been altered. According to Arlo E. West, president and CEO of Creative Forensic Services, INC., the tapes contain many “red flags” including gaps and fading and “cannot be considered accurate.” West believes Grigorieva had help in editing the conversations together. This means the conversations are most likley “inadmissible in court.” Also today a photograph of Grigorieva reportedly taken after Gibson allegedly hit her has hit the web. The photo shows Grigorieva with a chipped tooth. There is speculation that this image has also been doctored. Radar Online is standing behind the authenticity of both the tapes and the photograph. New Pamela Anderson Print Commercial Banned

Pamela Anderson has done it again. The Canadian born model has had her latest PETA ad banned. The model/actress was all set to unveil a billboard in Montreal which showed off curvaceous bikini body, only to have city officials ban the event. Anderson released a statement criticizing her homeland, “In a city that is known for its exotic dancing and for being progressive and edgy, how sad that woman could be banned from using her own body in a political protest over the suffering of cows and chickens. In some parts of the world, women are forced to cover their whole bodies with burqas -- is that next? I didn't think that Canada would be so puritanical." City officials claim they banned the ad because it was sexist. [US Magazine]

Aerosmith axeman Joe Perry was rear-ended by a car while riding a motorcycle and he has been treated for minor injuries at a Massachusetts hospital. Middleborough police say Perry was on his 2009 Ducati Monster 696 early yesterday afternoon when he was struck from behind by a car driven by 62-year-old Linda O'Brien. Both vehicles were traveling at a low speed. Perry was taken to a hospital and released a couple of hours later. The accident is not expected to affect any of Aerosmith's scheduled concert dates. Donald Trump Gets Tiger's Sloppy Seconds

Donald Trump took some time off of patting himself on the back in order to offer Rachel Uchitel a spot on an upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice. Trump, who claims Tiger Woods is a good friend of his, called the world's most famous mistress and explained that she would be an excellent contestent on a show that used to be popular six years ago. Thankfully, Trump isn't letting the whole "not being an actual celebrity thing" get in the way of casting people for a show called Celebrity Apprentice. [TMZ]

Landon Donovan's Dreams are Legally Not Allowed to Come True

Following a tremendous showing at the 2010 World Cup, Landon Donovan has received interest from several different European teams. Fortunately, he will forgo playing on the planet's top league for millions of dollars in order to ply his trade for Major League Soccer. "MLS needs soccer heroes, and we have a great American soccer hero playing for us in LA, holding the torch for the sport in our country, and that's very important. I don't believe that it's something we can do without," MLS Commissioner Don Garber said after denying various teams requests to pry Donovan away from the league. (Check the L.A. Galaxy schedule for ticket information and times to watch the saddest soccer player in the world.) [ESPN]
