Spike TV's Ink Master Voting Rules
During the initial airing of each of the first twelve (12) episodes of the Program, there will be an online voting element conducted in conjunction with the Program. Voting period commences at the end of the East Coast broadcast of the Program (see local listings for dates/times), and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time), on the sixth day following the East Coast broadcast of the Program (the "Voting Period"). Votes received prior to or after the Voting Period shall be considered void. Voter may only enter one (1) vote per on-line session during the Voting Period (i.e., Voter must close his/her web browser and re-open/start a new session on the voting website (the "Voting Website") to cast another vote). Viacom Media Networks ("VMN") reserves the right to modify these rules without notice.
During the Voting Period, voter may cast his/her vote for their favorite Elimination Tattoo. The Elimination Tattoos eligible for voting will not include the Elimination Tattoo of the losing Contestant of the episode being voted on. In casting the vote, voter should consider, but not be limited to, the following criteria: artistic merit of the Contestant's Elimination Tattoo on the Voting Website.
The votes will be tallied each week based on the airing of the first twelve (12) episodes of the Program and the number of votes each Contestant receives each week will be added together into one cumulative vote total per Contestant of the remaining contestants who have not been eliminated by the judges up until the final episode. The Contestant whose Elimination Tattoos received the most number of viewer votes may win a prize as determined by producer and/or VMN in their sole discretion.

Should the voting be terminated or cancelled prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Voting Website, and any votes received prior to the termination or cancellation may at VMN's sole discretion be considered by VMN. Votes that have been tampered with or altered will be deemed void.
