Despite the fact that director Steven Soderbergh has his Liberace biopic lined up to shoot with Michael Douglas and Matt Damon, and despite the fact that he's right in the middle of shooting his martial arts movie Knockout, he's lined up his next project: the Scott Burns script Contagion. Apparently this is going to be a terrifying movie.

Tim Robbins is the newest addition to the cast of Green Lantern, one of Warner Bros.' more promising comic book movies that's in the works. He's going to play Senator Hammond, the father of the villain, Dr. Hector Hammond (Peter Sarsgaard).

The Super Bowl brought us many spoils, but none so full of luster and wonder as the trailers. Yeah, they were really short, and yeah, we've seen most of the footage they put on display, but still. Super Bowl trailers only come around once a year. As such, The Wolfman trailer must be taken for what it is: a delicious little bite of more to come.

The Super Bowl spot for Ridley Scott's Robin Hood is here and it's pretty cool. The cast is great, the action looks great, and the performances look great. However, the whole thing does smack of a watered-down Braveheart, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Now whether or not this movie can transcend Braveheart (and Gladiator) is another question.

Whew! This is one of the more complicated remakes around -- wait a minute, wasn't this going to be a prequel?
